How to Outsource Maintenance

If you're spending 50 grand a year or 100 grand a year on outsourcing maintenance, look at that number. You're almost always going to spend more money outsourcing than in house. There may be some companies out there that can take maintenance and make it a profitable center. But for me, it goes back to that whole brand promise thing: My brand promises service.
