Like, when you live in in a culture that you're not supposed to talk about anything that's a messy or uncomfortable, there's a lot of space for secrets. I wonder if we came from a community where people talked about mental health,. talked about toxic masculinity and refused abuse as a just a part of life...I don't even know which part of the system to blame," she said.
