We're replicating the returns of the aggregate hedge fund industry so we're going along with what we see those managers doing and trying to match it as closely as we can. What we're looking at their private market investments and finding look alike type companies in the public markets that we can use That look a lot like the type of investments that they're doing particularly the later stage investmentsthat they're doing. The tradeoff is it's imperfect but you also don't have your money locked up for you know 10 or 12 years right and you don't have to pay two and 20 fees so there are some downsides too.
