Alex Jones was awarded a billion-dollar judgment for defamation. The judge in the case found that he did not intentionally cause emotional injury to his parents, who are disabled under Texas law. CNN's John Sutter asks: Couldn't it be stopped if we just wrote a law saying defaming people multiple times and then you get sued for it?
