The Golden Gate Paradox
Carrie would hold a gun to the head of people who didn't meet her high standard. She thought, if you leave, you're going to get caught. So she would sit down with them and say, you're totally forgiven. And o she would extend forgiveness. I call it the golden gate paradox. It's an application for us to day leaders have to say, here's a high standard. However, i'd swin to know i love you all, and i love you so much that if you'll push to meet this standard, if you fall short, i want to forgive you.
