Cynthia: I think that's a great tip because we often get asked specifically about what are some tips for going through that unmasking process, particularly for individuals diagnosed in adulthood. Cynthia: One thing that my therapist is being encouraging me to do is like to honor the different parts that would be in identifying. And I feel you can kind of do this with like masks that you identify as well. It's not about eliminating the moths and like becoming completely unmasked or whatever that looks like.
