The Attributes of Subjective Consciousness

In his book, Brian McVay gives a list of specific features of consciousness. These include spatialization such that we give a spatial quality to something that in actuality doesn't have a spatial quality time being a big example. And narratization is one of the main features, the analog eye, which is our mental version of ourself like a virtual version of ourselves. All of these things seem to have their origin between around 1200 and 800 BC.
