Option Strategies - What if the Stock Is Called Away?

If the stock is getting close to being called away, you would take the loss on the options and use that to potentially sell some of the underlying as like a tax neutral manner. What if somebody's okay with having their stock get called away because it's a programmatic way of doing it? Because oftentimes when we're talking to clients that have concentrated positions, the reason why the positions are concentrated is because they've generally done very well.
