Is Step Count a Good Way to Estimate Themas?

i tend to focus more on step counts, as best you can estimate themas. i feel more comfortable estimating step count over an exact number of calories you burn throughout a day. There are still huge issues there, i'll acknowledge. But step count and more importantly, just behavior, like i think we're pretty good at intuitively knowing if we have become substantially more or less sedentary than we used to be.
