Don Rice's Statement to Chavez's Execution
Chavez was declared dead around two dozen reporters gathered in front of the florida state prison. His mother, claudine, and his half sister had already passed away by this point. But jimmy's father and half brother were both in attendance. None of the 19 witnesses showed any emotion during the execution,.
