NEDA is replacing their helpline staff with this AI chat bot named Tessa. There's potentially some political issues or some other workforce issues related to this that they kind of get into here. It sounds like potentially part of the decision to transition to Tessa over continuing to invest in the staff may have been related to the fact that they were not paying the workers.
