We got our friend to write an affidavit saying they are not our property manager this is the scope of what they you know they did. It still took like six months after that for us to get dismissed out of this lawsuit and in the meantime we're paying for lawyers, depositions and it was expensive. No good deed goes. Please don't go slip and fall on purpose in Philadelphia. Yeah that's crazy. That's interesting is none of your lawsuits were with tenants they were with these ancillary parties.
