There's a lot of psychology and sports that if you can transfer it, which I'm not sure how easy that is to do, but that would be really valuable here. Oh, absolutely. And especially when it comes to the science of motivation. This is called the middle problem. It was discovered by one of my friends, I I'll at Fish Box. She's a professor at the University of Chicago. We tend to experience higher levels of motivation at the beginning of the goal and then at the end of the goal.
It's only March and we're already starting to veer off track with our resolutions for the year.
