i think the changes that churches need to abrate ambrak, they're really not as significant as we might think. In other words, a lot of the new that's needed for this new normal just involves some simple shifts That don't require us to become a completely different church. And maybe more importantly, for those of you who are listening to day, i think it doesn't require you to become acompletely different leader or a completely different faster than you were before.

In the first episode of our new series, we discussed what does not need to change in the new normal. But the series is called Simple Shifts for a reason–we do believe there are some things you need to consider changing.

In this week's episode, Tony and Amy are unpacking the first three simple shifts regarding your church's mission field and vision.
