When you're in a class, which keeps coming up for me, and everybody just gets really excited about trashing the reading or when you're like second year of grad school. Or when you're at a party and it's kind of like aimless, and then you realize that you all just like the same person. When it feels amazing. And that there's an energy. All of a sudden that like you've really like found a groove for the group to just like roll in for a moment. And anxiety dissipates also.
