The Wild Card in the New York Supreme Court Arrests

The wild card will be what will be coming out the mouth of the attorneys on the side of the defense. The regular procedure for every other Supreme Court arraignment in New York is to ask for an adjournment and then file motions. Do they use speaking indictments at the New York level? It feels at least goes out of its way to put in context the charges so that people understand the overall criminal scheme that's being under the law.
