What's Your Advice When You Join a New Company?
There is an engineer who was hired back when i was working on the gaming team. He started like, questioning everything that i was showing and questioning other things outside of that. That had he not been in there and seen it with those fresh eyes, those questions never would have been asked. I love that story. Can i maybe just end this segment on a little bit of a personal ranche? When people join a new company, occasionally people ask k, what's your advice when i joined a new company?
