Bob Greene is a former head coach of the U.S. women's volleyball team and an Olympic gold medalist. He has written a new book, "A Framework for Competitive Excellence in Sport," which he hopes will be helpful to people who are running any kind of organization. The author was inspired by his 25 years coaching all kinds of teams across different sports as well as his own kids' involvement with sport.
