Oral traditions are really sort of what gave the discipline, it's its juice. To get, to get started, i'm focusing on m oral traditions thad existed within the rural communities. A customary is classified as really the traditional and sort of expected way of doing things. Customs are always performative. They are essentially enactments of traditions that have a particular meaning to a specific folk or social community.
