How to Find a Co-Host
When you are looking for a co-host, know that you need to be interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing you. It takes a very small army to make faces welcoming for each and every new guest. You can tell a guest on your listing that you are not available in person. That when they book the space, they know that you're not there to do anything with them. Those expectations were set up front. We now say, because you have me, that we give you your space, but if you need someone, someone's here for you.
