Every food we can't resist has got fat and carb in the same food. Nature puts carb proteins ar fat proteins, with the exception of nuts. The other really bad thing that you do in your calory counting ause you're hungry the whole time. You never allow your body to get into that physiological state where it can burn body fat. So maximum are three times a day. But within that kind of framework, some people are going to find they just get on with for and that's never going to work for me.
