The Eyewitnesses to the Darcy Collision Reconstruction Report

Witnesses overwhelmingly viewed michael bryant as the primary aggressor in the situation. One witness said they were apprehensive about giving a statement because they, quote, didn't know how much money or how powerful this guy was. The only behavior reported by other witnesses that could be considered aggressive was after darcy had been hit the second time by the sab. That hit projected him on to the and over on to the pavement. There is nothing else from eye witnesses that mention anything about darcy being aggressive.
