If my partner reacts in a particular way where i feel like maybe it's an over react nor like, oh, this doesn't seem justified, i can realize, lik,maybe that's kind of his primitive brain kicking in. And so maybe that's a cue to me to maybe be more compassionate, or to call a halt.
