How to Increase Rents in a Real Estate Business
So you're kind of circumventing the bank in this model. Yeah, they're not involved at all. So they're selling the property to you, but you, it's kind of on an earn out basis. Well, the owner selling it to me. And they're financing it. That's what it's about. They get paid, you know, they're making as much money as they're making by running the property. But back in those days, it worked just fine. System wouldn't work today. I don't think that that system would get you very far.
