Kappa: It's taken me so long to build a network of subject matter experts here in the US. How do you go about that and finding those experts? Normally, there are reference and if you find a political team in the US, they normally hire people which could work in the different countries. Ask for Furls from US Contacts. And then even use those contacts to find other adjacent areas you may need help with or pick up your favorite brand. But at the end of the day, what you are looking for is people. You bring the best that you come from outside and you take the best thatyou found in that business.
