How to Communicate the Branding Changes
Every rebrand needs a story and a reason that you share at the time of the rebrand, says Mm. Hart-Michall. And think about who all those groups are and when is the best time to tell each of them. You might want to share this with your leadership team early on if you have a team. Your frontline staff might not need to know until much closer to the time before you roll this out unless of course they're involved with some of the tasks related to it. Other key stakeholders may be slightly different or you might emphasize different aspects of the story for those different stakeholders.
