Brendan: How do you get your kids to eat a more of a wider variety of foods? Kristen: Change your language stop calling it safe foods because that implies all the other foods are dangerous and you don't want to be stuck there so with my kids I say reliable right like you will reliably eat these foods. The occasional foods or the sometimes foods might suddenly be delicious, they would eat mac and cheese or mashed potatoes or whatever every day if you let them. We did omnivorous october which was everyOctober every week we tried a new food and we ate it like a couple times two or three times that that weekso we got repeated exposure.
