Influencing in Product

I think influencing skills are something that you tend to learn in a lot of larger, especially larger legacy organizations. I think one of the biggest, most important things to do in product is to d personalize it and depersonalize as much as possible. Is feeling of inclusion of body in the process really matters. But it also can't be about for any one person's particular agenda. There are easy ways to kind of combat that by asking logical questions on why so and so wants to do that....
