Gillswright: Sometimes you just got to ride the way and face your fear. We don't want to marry it with these things, because that can work a neutralizing compulsion. So i would even consider writing down all the things where you struggle with procrastination and work through them. Practise them just like you would lifting a weight,. Just like you would practise if you were learning french or piano. And go through all of them. Try to get yourself through as many as you can, so that you've built a sense of mastery.
