The Source of All Wisdom
In Proverbs 8 and the Book of Sirac chapter 1, we learn about how God has created the world with wisdom. The author likens human beings to fish being taken up in a cruel net. And again, he's writing this in order that we don't become overconfident in our own human ability to acquire wisdom. This brings me then to perhaps if we want to think of it this way, the second main point about wisdom in the Bible is that wisdom is always practical.
