The SEC's Proposed Rule on Disclosure Risks Related to Climate Change
The SEC in March of 2022 put out a rule proposal. It was designed to sort of address some of these concerns, I think, with the voluntary disclosure system. A company will only be required to disclose risks to the business of the company or the financial condition of the company of climate change if it's determined to be material.
