I've always been out of the belief that anybody could be anything right. I started writing the book by believing that within every relationship that you have even ones that are currently acquaintances like people in the workplace there was a coaching relationship buried in it meaning inside of your relationship with everybody is your ability to help each other grow. One company one of the largest automotive companies in the world says that this mindset was what stopped them from going back into bankruptcy once they were in bankruptcy and so gosh I'm just I so appreciate you giving voice to me and the principles of the book. It really is a golden path and it's the time right now is the time for us to unleash growth and development.
