i came into the this business thinking, i do not need any employees, including a co founder. So i actually hired a deaf shop to start with. Unfortunately, an use well, because it didn't work out. What was the lesson? Tech me the lesson there. Was it your fault or their fault? I don't think it was anyone's fault.
