The Importance of Apologies
Viv and I both rank very high on plan change 32% accepting responsibility 28%. For Viv her 4% is request forgiveness so if someone asks for forgiveness Viv is like no not gonna give it to you for me that's 12%. In the same way an apology has happened but I need to know that this is not gonna happen again because if it happens again it shouldn't happen again.
