The US Political System Is Not Remotely in Decline
I was much more sympathetic to leading with democracy when it was obvious that the united states had a political system that could lead by example. I have no problem leading with our trump suit. And i think that helped us beat the soviets and bring down the berlin wall. But unless it until we rously address that, especially because the chinese ideological system, from their perspective, actually works meaningfully better then ours does. It's really counter productive for our american president to push in that direction.
