I like to believe that there are people, including myself, on a weekday when I'm frustrated by something, or I catch myself just flippantly responding to something I see on social media feed. And I find that I need to limit my exposure to allow myself to strengthen my resolve. You know, when we start that screen long enough and you're scrolling through to it long enough. The nature of Twitter is that people talk to each other like they're not humans. They talk to each others like they sort of disembodied public figures. It's bad for you.
