Alston: I've been running into the anxiety of what do i do when i'm not looking at my phone or a computer or a t v? Benrits: It's almost like i can't hash anything out that that's meaningful for me unless i'm imagining somebody on the other side of it. So often, technology is in the business of solving a problem that it actually also caused. The obvious solution seems to be put those things away. But then what i could read and that's all i've got. Oh man.
