Steady state cardio has gotten beat up and spat on numerous times of the past few years. interval training, complexes, body weight circuits and other methods are the only way to go if you want to loe body fat. I'm going to disagree and say that there is a time and place for steadyStateCardio. First performing exercises with clear focus will probably reduce chances of getting injured during workouts. And when something doesn't feel right, that's a sign we should stop doing it.
