Is She Shaping China's Grand Strategy?

There's such an unsettling feeling, i think, coming from china, domestically right now. There really hasn't been a chinese leader in the recent past who's been as effective at clearly stating what it is that he wants china to be on the global stagea. He has had some successes, and he has articulated, you know, a vision. In the end, if we're trying to talk about the advances that china has made under she in terms of societal develop, i'm not quite certain that that the grade would be.
