The Protests in Bali Brack

Barry White spoke to local people in Bali Brack this morning. They condemned what happened and said they didn't want anybody using violence against the local council or attacking a building, which we don't even know has been earmarked to accommodate asylum seekers at this stage. The Department of Immigration have not contracted the property for use as an accommodation centre yet. A proposal has been submitted but it is awaiting supporting documentation before evaluation can take place. And there's still protests happening.
