Coach Development - Are You a Vulnerable Coach?
Coaches want their athletes to work in a kind of safe, uncertain environment. They don't like to be in an unsafe scenario because e the minute they're unsafe, they feel like their sort of not in control of the sonar. So would you say that a willingness to be vulnerable is kind of a k attribute off a coach that's looking to really develop their capability? I'd say, ye, i would sto i'd say it probably be very high my lass. You know, i wouldn't say one, two and three, but it would be a massive emphasis on being vulnerable. And that opens up so many avenues to explore and to discuss.
