I had a similar thing recently. I just popped it in the mouth. It was when I went to San Sebastian. They do loads of small dishes there that aren't called tapas and they're called something else - Pink chos. And as I was leaving, they were like, you haven't tried the best one. Quickly do it for you. Red hot, hot as the sun. Scorched all the skin in my mouth. But it was absolutely delicious. Loved it. Man. So I think we're talking about two different things there, Tim. You've put doubt into my mind"
