Santi Ruiz de Velasco is the managing director of English language teaching at Oxford University Press. He learned English mostly as an adult when he moved to London after studying at university in Spain. Santi had some very challenging experiences being immersed in the English language and eventually found his way to a top job, not as a teacher, but in publishing.
