The family and attorney of a black man killed by a grand rapids police officer during a traffic stop, spoke out one day after authorities released video footage. It shows patrick leoa on the ground, face down, before the officer shoots him point blank in the head. Michigan state police are investigating the incident. Frank james appeared in federal court to day, a day after his arrest in an attack that left ten people shot, five in critical condition.
