When you feel fear and anger, suddenly our thinking goes back into our amygdala. And we don't notice it because thoughts appear to us but those thoughts are generated from our basal stem. So really the only, the easy way to identify were in fear and anger is to have people around us that we have empowered and said, please let me know. But that requires a lot of meditation, a daily practice of maybe an hour a day. It's not recommended.
