The Utility of Christian Nationalism in Local Republican Politics

In local Republican politics, where I am, it's really fascinating to attend various meetings. These are people who will never even learn about the kind of debates we're having. They just instinctively want to have a political stance informed by Christianity. And that's actually a lot of people, a very large percentage of Americans, still think in that way.
