Another red flag for me is when a guy asks you to pay or split the bill on the first date. I just personally think every time this has happened and I've offered to pay and they've accepted, it kind of puts this perception in my head that they're not really interested in taking care of me from the get-go. And more oftentimes than not, I've seen their true colors come out later where that was exactly true.
