Fruit dose is th kind of lights the switch, but it's not the big, high energy calory that drives weight game. Fat alone doesn't really affect weight regulation very well. In an adlib condition, you're going to gain more if you're hungry, because you're left and resistant from sugar. So like in american culture, what happens is we're eating sugar, but we're also eating a lot of fat. But then what drives that mass of a beast, to me, is the high fat diet. It's like making a fire with the fruit dus and then putting on the wood, which is the highfat.
