The Importance of Trust in a Virtual Company
I think that's an old corporate dogma that's just not there. I see how happy my employees are to work here, and I see how it translates directly into our success. Is there a type of person who can lead a virtual company? That's a great question. We don't have an actual office. But we have a membership to a co-work location in Atlanta called Rome. And your people have memberships and they can go and meet each other. They can go and they're working. It doesn't matter. Have you seen that work? Yeah, we do it.
