The Importance of Smooth Onboarding

The biggest one is onboarding. If your onboarding isn't smooth and creates clarity for the client, they're going to be in buyer's remorse even more than we just naturally are as humans. Make sure you're all on the same page in terms of goals. And then make sure that you're following through on what you talked about. That's I think a big weakness in the online space is people just being grounded and actually following through with what they say they're goingto do.
